Do the products sold on Nueve.com have a warranty?

All goods are under the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty at Nueve.com.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

You can only make size changes on your purchase in 12 hours after you’ve placed your order by directly contacting us from +90 (212) 260 60 23or info@nuevecollection.com

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

You can cancel your order only before we placed it for shipping by directly contacting us from +90 (212) 260 60 23 or info@nuevecollection.com

Do you have “send a gift” option?

You can send gifts via Nuevecollection.com. Sending a gift to someone is as easy as ordering it for yourself. To send a gift, add the item/items to your Shopping Bag, then choose the “gift box” option. Add a gift note and we will deliver the gift/gifts to the address you choose.

Do I pay for delivery?

Within all around the world, Nuevecollection.com offers free standard delivery

When will I receive my parcel?

Your orders will be shipped within time stated on product page. After shipment, our standard free delivery takes 1-5 working days in Turkey, For international order within 7-10 days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Where is my parcel?

After we’ve placed your order for shipping, we will be tracking your order number via.

Do you ship internationally?

RETURNS

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them or exchange them for another size within 5 days of the date of receipt.

For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns except for incorrect or faulty items.

1- You must indicate the items you would like to return or exchange on the returns note and enclose it in your package.

2- Book your collection with the shipping carrier that delivered your order and ship your package to our return address provided below.

4- Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items in 15 days and inform you via e-mail.
